Is this therapy?

No. This is not therapy. I do not diagnose, treat symptoms, or provide clinical care. The focus is on understanding how your patterns, decisions, and adaptations have developed, and seeing them clearly enough to make grounded choices going forward. If you are looking for diagnosis, symptom treatment, or insurance-based care, therapy is likely a better fit.

Is this a crisis or urgent care service?

No. This service is not designed for emergency or crisis support. Walk-in access is intended to lower barriers to clarity, not to function as urgent or crisis care. If you are experiencing an immediate safety concern, are at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or need emergency support, this is not the right place to start. In those situations, you should contact local emergency services or a crisis resource in your area.

Do you have formal training or education?

Yes. I am a fully licensed mental health counselor with extensive clinical training, including DBT, EMDR, mindfulness-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and Functional Medicine for Mental Health Providers. While I no longer practice therapy or provide clinical treatment, this background informs how I listen, ask questions, and approach complex patterns with care and precision.

How do I know which package or subscription to choose?

It depends on how much support you want right now. Individual and couples sessions are best if you’re looking for focused, one-time or occasional support around a specific situation or decision. Walk-in sessions are a lower-cost option for short-term clarity without an ongoing commitment. Membership options are designed for people who want consistent, bi-weekly support over time rather than booking session by session. You don’t need to decide everything up front. Many people start with a single or walk-in session and then move into a membership if ongoing support feels useful.
